Our special sensory events are created for families with children with disabilities—and for their siblings who share in their journey.

For many of these families, large community events can be overwhelming or inaccessible, often leading to missed experiences and limited opportunities to simply enjoy time together. We believe every child deserves the chance to play, explore, and feel included.

In addition to our monthly Sensory Sundays, we host five specially designed sensory-friendly events each year, providing safe, welcoming spaces where families can make meaningful memories together.

Your sponsorship makes this possible. It removes barriers, supports adaptations, and ensures these children—and their siblings—have the joyful experiences they deserve.

The 3rd Annual Festival of Giving, Where Every Tree Tells a Story, returns this November to The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast, presented by Tracey MacLeod, Realtor with Illustrated Properties.

This inspiring event brings together nonprofits, businesses, and community members to showcase the missions of local organizations through beautifully designed trees, wreaths, and centerpieces. Each display tells a meaningful story while raising essential funds to support the incredible work happening throughout our community.

Nonprofits are welcome to sponsor their own tree, wreath, or centerpiece; however, the most impactful participation comes through collaboration with a local business or community partner who can sponsor a display on their behalf—amplifying both visibility and support.

The event runs from November 13th to November 21st.

In 2025, the Festival of Giving featured 50 nonprofit organizations and gave back over $34,000 to support their efforts.
